Welcome to PeerLLM, operated by Hassan Habib. By accessing or using PeerLLM's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PeerLLM in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
PeerLLM is a decentralized AI network that connects users ("Consumers") with community-provided computing resources ("Hosts") to access large language models and AI services. The platform enables:
- AI-powered chat and content generation
- Decentralized model hosting and inference
- Community participation through resource contribution
- Fair compensation for resource providers
3. Experimental Nature of Service
PeerLLM is currently in experimental beta. The service may be:
- Unstable or unavailable at times
- Subject to unexpected changes
- Limited in features or performance
- Modified or discontinued without notice
You acknowledge and accept these risks. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
4. Account Registration and Eligibility
4.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use PeerLLM. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
4.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use PeerLLM to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Spread misinformation or engage in fraud
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the network
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the platform
- Generate spam or unsolicited messages
- Create content that violates privacy or data protection laws
- Bypass usage limits or security measures
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 User Content
You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you provide. By using PeerLLM, you grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service.
6.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, but we make no guarantees about accuracy, quality, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before use.
6.3 Platform Content
All PeerLLM branding, software, documentation, and platform content are owned by Hassan Habib and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Hosts and Service Providers
Hosts are independent participants who provide computing resources. They are subject to a separate Host Agreement. We are not responsible for Host behavior, but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Hosts who violate policies.
8. Payments and Fees
8.1 User Fees
PeerLLM may charge fees for certain features or usage tiers. Current pricing will be displayed before you incur charges. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8.2 Host Compensation
If compensation for Hosts is enabled, payment terms will be governed by the Host Agreement. We reserve the right to withhold payments for policy violations.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of PeerLLM is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 No Warranties
PeerLLM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uptime, availability, or performance
- Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
- Freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hassan Habib and PeerLLM shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of the service
- Actions or omissions of Hosts or third parties
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hassan Habib from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the service
- Content you create or distribute using PeerLLM
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or harmful activity
- Any reason, with or without notice

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Washington State.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Host Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and PeerLLM.
