PeerLLM is owned and operated by Hassan Habib.
Participation as a Host in PeerLLM is experimental. The platform is under development, may be unstable, and PeerLLM may suspend or terminate Hosts at any time. By acting as a Host, you accept these risks.
1. Definitions
- Host - An independent participant who connects computing resources to PeerLLM and runs one or more AI models.
- Orchestrator - The PeerLLM routing system that assigns prompts from Users to Hosts.
- User - An individual submitting prompts via the PeerLLM web, mobile, or API interface.
- Output - The content generated by your AI model(s) in response to a User's prompt.
2. Host Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining your own hardware and software.
- Ensuring you have the legal right to run and expose any AI models you use.
- Monitoring and moderating the behavior of your Host to avoid harmful, illegal, or abusive Outputs.
You must not:
- Generate or distribute Outputs that violate laws or PeerLLM's Acceptable Use Policy.
- Misrepresent your Host's capabilities or attempt to manipulate the Orchestrator's routing.
- Intercept, alter, or misuse prompts and Outputs routed to other Hosts.
3. Model Licensing Compliance
- You agree to comply with all applicable model licenses.
- If a license prohibits commercial or public-serving use, you may not connect that model to PeerLLM.
- You are solely liable for any claims arising from license violations.
4. Data Handling & GDPR Compliance
- Hosts may receive prompts containing personal data.
- You must process such data in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
- You may not retain personal data longer than necessary or use prompts/outputs for training, resale, or unrelated purposes.
- Users retain GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction).
5. Payments (if applicable)
- If PeerLLM enables payments for Hosts:
- You will receive compensation only as described in PeerLLM's payment terms.
- PeerLLM may withhold or revoke payments if you violate this Agreement.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, fees, and reporting obligations.
6. Security
- You must take reasonable steps to secure your Host against unauthorized access.
- PeerLLM may audit or monitor Hosts for compliance and security purposes.
7. Liability & Indemnification
- You are solely responsible for the Outputs your Host generates.
- You agree to indemnify Hassan Habib (operator of PeerLLM) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
8. Service Control
- The Orchestrator decides which Hosts receive prompts and in what order.
- PeerLLM reserves the right to remove or suspend any Host at any time.
9. Disclaimers
- Hosting is at your own risk.
- PeerLLM is an experimental release. No uptime or workload guarantees.
10. Termination
- You may stop participating as a Host at any time.
- PeerLLM may suspend or block your Host immediately if necessary.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Washington State, USA, or the laws and regulations of the region or country where applicable.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the PeerLLM ToS constitute the full agreement regarding your participation as a Host.
